Vinyl Curling Issue

This is what happens when i cut my vinyl somtimes.  Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what are your solutions?

I get that sometimes.
I just lay it flat and put a piece of tile on it, then tape it later.

I do that too but its a pain.  Is there a reason this happens?  Is it just because the vinyl comes in rolls?

What I do when I am in a hurrry is roll it up backwards. It will straighten it out for a few minutes, enough to get it weeded and taped.

I find my self just taping it flat on the table, then once I get it app taped I'll gently pull the blue 3M tape out like I was removing the transfer tape.
