Neoprene?
« on: January 24, 2012, 12:45:26 PM »
I have a client who wants their label on some neoprene products.  The "INTERNET" says that neoprene melts at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.  As we know, easyweed needs 302...  Am I wrong on the neoprene temperature?  What have any of you done for neoprene products?  Thanks!

I have done some sublimation on neo koozies
but they had cloth cover light pressure
and they came out fine.
Screen print may be a better way to go

I use neoprene mouse pads to raise up apparel for vinyl application all the time.  Neoprene pads are sold for the same thing.  I would test it, but I'm pretty sure that neoprene does not melt at 250.
