651 isn't flat black. 631 isn't *just* wall vinyl.  I've used it outdoors, on banners, etc. for easily removable, but durable graphics. It holds up quite well outdoors, actually. The key differences is that the adhesive is designed to be removed without leaving a residue.

070 with a star beside it says also avalible in matte in the oracal color guide. thats in 651

Of all the matte blacks ive seen/used the "most matte" if that makes any sense is Hexis. The oracal stuff is almost satin, same with mactac, then comes FDC, then 3M & waaaaaaaaaay down at the end is Hexis, its like a chalkboard but it scratches like hell so be super careful when applying, minor scratches come out with a torch.

Yup! It's 651. atkins is correct. It's usually either a star or 070-M but it's definitely flat/matte black oracal 651
