We outsource the printing but we ask them to use Arlon DPF4560GTX for the bodies and DPF8000 for the wings.

Hummm, selling the outlines you mean?
I rather trade for other outlines as creating the outlines is time consuming and the key to this businness.
Or the price must be resonable to compensate for it.

made a mistake.
we use DPF 4560GTX not the 5460GTX.

Making the panels/outlines takes a few hours of try and error. See prevoius answers in this thread.
The design depends on the complexety. from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Past week work.
Wrapped a touring car.
Only need to do the lights front and rear.

Also the new to be released Serpent S811B -E buggy (Electro) and wing.

Just kidding, thats paper with some spray adhesive on the back of it. I made a model of my full-sized quad.



on a side note. I hope this really take off for yah, it's quite the niche market and looks like you can really cater to them. Great stuff!
