I very carefully cut the vinyl on the side of the car. Used thick tape to mask up the shape and then to shape and then trimmed along the line of the tape.
Then pin stripe over the edge of the cut to ensure a clean edge.
With the Pinstripe, i bought a roll of it from my vinyl suppliers. Might have been a bit Cheaper to make my own stripes from tthe roll of vinyl, but while ordering other stuff was easier just to buy it
