FYI - Micheals is having a sale on T-shirt they are 2 for 5.00 any color includes youth or adult size Small - X-Large.  This is a good deal since it is $2.50 per shirt any color.  I've cleaned up my local micheals of there black shirts since i use these often and they normally cost me $3.25.  The shirts that my local Micheals had were Jerzees 50/50 blend.

You might want to take a look at S & S Activewear.  Jerzee Heavyweight 50/50 are white for $1.59, gray for $2.09 and any other color for $2.34, plus no sales tax.

If you don't want to or can't stock a bunch of sizes and colors
this is a good option.... if you only need a few shirts it will work.
For larger quantities you are better ordering from the garment
wholesalers.

2 for $5.00 is a frequent sale at Michael's.
If you watch their sales flyers they have 5 for $10 specials
every few months.

Watch JoAnn Fabrics too.

We had 4/$10 - same deal - at our local CVS, believe it or not.  Upon closer look the tags were snipped up the middle = irregulars. One or two okay for cheap "gimmes", but not for selling.  Are the Michael's shirts first run?

@openco,  yes they are first runs, and @suzie, you are correct this is a good price for folks that dont need to stock  a bunch of shirts.  For large orders it is so much better to order from garment wholesaler, as i do from S&S with large shirt orders.

I ordered the black shirts from USC when I first bought my equipment - before I knew about Jiffy Shirts, etc...  The shirts were not really that cheap at the time and, though they held up, have been the only shirts to date that shrunk so much that I can no longer wear comfortably.  Chances are, today's shirts would not be the same as two years ago...

Our two main suppliers are TSC & Sanmar here in Cincy.  Great companies with good prices.

Jiffy Shirts is where I buy mine. I get next day delivery and spend $69.95 and the shipping is free.

Use the following coupon tomorrow and get 25% off your entire purchase. This brings the shirts down to $1.87 each before tax.

fyi (the coupon says "regular price" but last time the shirts were on sale they let me use this same coupon anyway)
