I've used Siser Easyweed on just about everything, Cotton, Cotton/Poly and Poly only and have not had any issues..

I use ThermoFlex Plus.  I have used Siser Easyweed once and was happy with the results.  In fact, I have a cheer leading uniform job I am doing and I think I am going to order Siser for this one just because I can get that along with some Oracle I need in the same order.  From my experience the results are very similar and they both cut and weed great.  I wish my local supplier sold Oracle though! >:(

Thanks for the info Fader, I was just concerned about the percentage of poly being more than cotton.
I have a customer wanting me to put his logo on his camouflage hunting vest.

The 55/45 shouldn't effect the vinyl at all.  I almost always use the 50/50 shirts because I think the vinyl takes better to them over the full cotton ones.  When in doubt, give it a small press test without the vinyl to see how it might effect the insulation of the vest.  I have done some carhart coats that has had the nylon insulation and as long as I had it all covered with the outer shell of the coat it didn't effect them at all.

Thermoflex plus or Siser Easyweed will work fine, they are both made for Cotton Poly/Cotton blend or 100% Polyester.

Yeah, I have used it on basketball tearaway pants that are 100% polyester.
