I have had a lot of trouble with ACE and I have quit and gone back thinking I would give them another try.  They are cheap I'll give them that much.  Error after error and tons of troubles getting their "cold peel" to look good, and I gave up.

I use www.howardsportswear.net, they are more expensive but their ink is just like screen printing.  It doesn't stay on top of the material like the cold peel does.  It's fabulous looking!

I have gotten samples from tons of places and so far Ive always gone back to Howards.

Just my opinion, lots of other people have had good luck with Ace also.  Wish I had :(

Really Dave?  That's awesome for you.  That will save you the $15 on shipping then.

I use Linda as my sales person.  She is very knowledgeable and nice.

hhhhmmmmm Tracee I had one problem with Ace the whole time I used them and they fixed it right up (it was their fault) and sent it out to me the next day.  Sorry to hear you had problems, but glad you found someone who you can use now.

They did that with me also on my order before the last one, they used too much ink and the words smushed out and the were not legible.  They sent me out an order for free, which was great, but I missed my time line and made everyone mad at me.  I also lost 4 shirts in the process.  Was costly.   So I was good with it, then the next order I couldn't get to stay on when I peeled it "cold" the lettering came off too.  I tried everything, more pressure, more heat, less heat, waiting longer, waiting shorter.  I sent them a sample back and they said they didn't see anything wrong with it so IDK, but I was embarrassed giving that order to the customer.  And this was all after I had already had trouble a year ago and quit using them.  But like you said, I did find someone I like, they are more expensive though.

It's like this with every supplier though, some people have trouble some people don't.  Think about SWH, I have read post after post about them being horrible, and then post after post about how they are great and some people have no trouble LOL.  It's all in the luck of the draw I think :)

I use F & M in NJ. No problems and I had a quicker turn around than promised.

I had an awful experience with F+M about 6 months ago.   Hopefully they have gotten their quality problems take care of..

Having said that, they had the best prices at the time and good turnaround time, but, you get what you pay for.

I have used ace in the past. they are a little cheaper but I did have an issue with them 2x. They were at fault both times and they fixed it. I really only use Transfer express right now, a little more money but I think the quality is better then ace and the customer service is top notch.

I've used Ace a half dozen times or so, and don't have any complaints.
