i have done some magnets and coro signs for a place and they have asked me about doing large signs. not sure how big they want but i would say 2'x4' at least. what would be something good to make those out of? thanks

I've been using KOMATEX.  Aluma panel sells it.  http://www.alumapanel.com/index.cfm  Here's the link to the "white" page: http://www.alumapanel.com/view_product.cfm?step=1&lines_ID=317&name=Komatex%20White  They have colors too.

i found some on that same site and it says 5mm or 10mm, does that mean the thickness of the whole sign will be either 5mm or 10mm thick?

I'm in Florida & this (.040) is what I mainly use for outdoor signage.
Stands up to the elements just fine here.

i was just worried about how big it would be and if its mounted between two poles, the wind could bend it in the middle. i am sure yall get more wind in florida than we do tho

Forty Thousandths of an inch is a hair over One Millimeter!

You must mean 0.40 inch.. which is a skad above 10mm

everything i see says .040. thats why i was wonderin if it would hold up cuz its alway thin. but i think the aluma corr is gonna be the best bet. from all i have read it seems to be pretty tough

the aluminum is .040 thick, then you have the core, then you have another sheet of .040 aluminum.. thats what they mean..
