Looks cool but seems a little high to me..I didnt read into it much but almost 400 for a pack of 100 is steep

Yea $4.00 a sheet is high, but for beginners it is not bad since they do not have to deal with the emulsion.  I purchased 10 sheets and will test them out see how it works out.  will update once i get them.

How do you reclaim the screen after you are done

they sell a stencil remover as well.  I am just going to try to use the old emulsion remover since i have some of that.  I got the sheets yesterday will try to burn a screen sometime in the next couple of days.

well they came in but they send me the wrong size!!!  they send me standard size and i had ordered the 11x17.  Most of my images are 10" or bigger so the standard size 8 1/2" will not cut it.  I kept them but have not used them yet.  I am going to order the right size and then i will give them a try.  And sure if you need one let me know.

why not just cut out a vinyl stencil and lay it over a mesh frame?

That works fine, unless you've got fine detail or an intricate design to work with...

Also not for long runs..The vinyl will start lifting no matter what side you put it on

I spoke with the Rhinotech rep at the DAX show in KC.  He told me that while they do sell a stencil remover, the best way to remove the stencil is with a pressure washer and water.
I saw this stuff demo'd.  It looked ok provided that is is a simple graphic, short run, and you have a laser printer.
It would be perfect for a business that has a high turnover and needed just a couple of shirts fast.

vinyl stencil only good for short runs as well as when you have to clean the ink for screen storage, the vinyl tends to come off.  ifor some jobs that are repeats, i keep a screen already made for them.  keeps me from having to recreate the screen each time.

I am overly impressed with Rhino Screen!!  Well worth the money!!
