Needing screenprint quote

I have someone from my work looking to get 100 T-shirts printed and was wanting a ballpark price. Looking for 100 light blue shirts. Most sizes are XL or kids sizes.


Option 1

2 Colors on front.

Option 2

2 colors on front and 1 color on back.

wish I was setup, plan on printing first shirt tomorrow, so I know I will have some tweaking to do.

An answer on this would be fine, if you ask for a quote at least get back to the people who responded to it.
Not attacking you Jeff, but same thing happening lately, user asking for quotes and not returning PMs

I appologize about to no response. It's been a crazy week and I have not been online much. Between work, being sick & family issues.

I have talked with the customer about the quotes and will wait a little longer to see if anyone else wants to quote. Once the customer makes their decision I will let everyone know.

Have you followed up on the quote you submitted? I do a lot of outsourcing and I don't always have time to get back to every person who sends an estimate for a given project. It's not that I am trying to be impolite or rude, but if someone sends me pricing and it's the lowest quote, I won't email every other vendor that submitted just to tell them that I won't be using them. If, however, someone submits pricing and they send a follow-up email I am more than happy to tell them where they stand. Just my 2 cents...

That person you didn't email back, thanking them for the time they took to send you a quote, will ignore any of your future requests. At least, that's what I do, it doesn't take more than a minute to say "Thanks for your time, this project was already assigned but we'll hear from you on our next project" BCC to all those who replied and you let dozens of doors open for the next time you need something done.

But that's just me :)

Wow, I'll bet ignoring quote requests has gained you just a TON of business. You'll go far in this economy ignoring work like that. It really sounds brilliant...

All joking aside, if you don't hear back from someone you sent a quote to, and you ignore requests future from that person, you are only hurting yourself. There are plenty of people out there doing exactly what you do and you're only removing yourself from the running... Like I said in my previous post, if you want to know where you stand, send a follow-up email. It's part of being a vendor...

I have not contacted everyone back as of yet becasue of multiple reasons. 1. The customer has been given several of your quotes and has yet to respond to me. I am considering this job lost. 2. I have had a crazy last 2 weeks. My mother has been in the hospital with a possible stroke and other health issues and I have spent most of my time there. Up until this weekend I have not had much time to do anything else. I do apologize for the delay in response.

Thanks all. Luckily she is doing much better now. She should be home in a few weeks. I'm hoping to get half way back to normal soon!
