Nozzles
« on: January 12, 2012, 01:31:21 PM »
I couldn't find much info on nozzles. The cabinet came with a 3mm,4mm,5mm and 6mm nozzles.
So other than a bigger hole to blow more media is there certain rules of thumb on which nozzles
to use with different media and media grit.
I would assume you would use a bigger nozzle with a more course grit.
What about finer grit like 220 ?
For stencils with finer detail what is best combo. ?

If theres a link or page with this info please post it so I can get more educated.

Thanks All

Send an email to Chuck Cobb, he's the head moderator or something like that. Explain the problem and maybe he can help out.

Use the smallest nozzle possible.
The bigger the nozzle the more air
it takes to blast. I use the 3/32 ones
in pressure pot.
