This probably isnt news to anyone here, but it was news to me, so just in case anyone else is under the same rock I am, I thought I'd post this.
Just this week my wife and I decided we needed a storage unit, mostly to put all the new Halloween stuff we bought, and secondly, to make up for the space I stole in the basement for my cutter, heat press, laser, computer, work table, etc

So I'm shopping about, and decide that Extra Space Storage had the best price. I go in to sign up, and I see they have office space available, utilities included, from as low as $250 a month, no lease necessary. Huh? So I ask him and go take a look. The spots arent huge, the $250/month was a 10x12 room, no window... BUT... it was commercial office space. Big enough to hold my stuff, be a mailing address thats not my home, etc.
I'm not bringing in enough profit yet to warrant the space (and working out of my home is SO convinenent), but they are absolutely the first place I'm going to look into when I need to upgrade my space.
I never thought of checking out a storage space for rentable office suites...
