« on: November 27, 2011, 12:22:47 AM »

Welcome, again - I know it may seem overwhelming to "search" the site because it does not always give expected results, but there are some threads involving just what your asking.  Maybe some of the others who have posted these threads may remember where they put them... ;D  Once you get your Roland, the print/cut decals should become part of your business without too much trouble.  I don't see what other equipment or software you are using, but that will dictate some of this as well.  My suggestion is to take a mental list (Operating system, design software, cutting software, plotter) and as well as searching here, do a google search for tutorials from someone using as close to the same set up as you have.  ClawGraphix, from here, has posted some of the more in depth tutorial videos that I've seen.  Roland may have some at their website - I know Graphtec has a ton of helpful ones.

The Epson will work fine, for out doors, you'll just need to spray some type of seal coat (Frog juice, or Papilio's sealer, etc) on the stickers or laminate them.  Enjoy!

yeah i have read here that graphtec cut much finer detail. the only problem that i am having is finding a distributor here in the Philippines. the only distributor that i have found are for roland and mimaki. ill try to find the one for graphtec. the others who sell graphtec here just buys them in the states and send them over here others are fake the one that are made in china.

People who have the Roland love it.  I wouldn't hesitate at all to get the GX24.
