Hey bud. I did the same research as your are doing and i did it hard lol....    .  Check out uscutter website.   http://www.uscutter.com/TITAN-2-Vinyl-Cutter-28-53-68-inch    .I bought a titan2 24'' ( Known as the 28")  and i have made amazing money on it..Its cuts are precise and accurate. I will send you a link to my website so you can see what ive done with it. No complaints as at all. .I know roland and graphtec etc is the top of the line cutters but titan 2 are very very close . It is not a low end cutter,It will do you good.I ve had mine for 2 1/2 years now and i just changed my first blade out.   Anyway if you have any questions drop me a message .   I have done 40"x40" designs all the way up to a 4'x8' doubled sided sign with my cutter..You just have no know how to do things... The titan2 is way cheaper as well but performs the same as the spendy ones...  Dwayne  and check your messages.

Getting Started / Tips and info on getting started!

Hey guys New to the forum so I guess I will introduce myself! The name is Kasey I live in Ontario, Canada about 4 hours north of Toronto. I am a current small business owner and I run my business out of my house. Right now I specialise in custom signage and woodworking with the help of my CNC machine. Unfortunately I live in a small town and business hasn't been supper great due to all of my products ranging from 70$ and up! I've been working on expanding for a while now and have always wanted to get into vinyl cutting to make some signs for vehicles and vinyl decals. I've been doing quite a bit of research and am still unsure as to what route to go. Hoping you guys could help me get pointed in the right direction. my budget is 1000$-2500$.

My original research brought me to the roland gs-24, all of my research says that roland is a top brand and has some very good products.  So I guess my question is, should I go with this machine or should I look into something else? At 2450$ it is pretty expensive and is only 24" Do you guys know if 24" is very limiting? Should I be looking at 52" cutters at the same price range? I've spent a month or two now working on a very nice e-commerce site and I plan on doing fairly well with the vinyl cutting.  Just looking for suggestions and recommendations. I know there is allot of information out there but sometimes it's best to get a personalized answer that is geared to my situation.

Thanks guys!

« Last post by Ridergraphix on July 25, 2017, 09:29:25 PM »
Hi all. Brian from Ridergraphix.com here. I have been in the auto aftermarket business for 27 years and the Vinyl Cutting Business for close to 10.

I'm on the process of expanding my online business that is doing well as is, but I want to make it bigger. I am currently in a planning stage of this new era of this business. We are located in Eastern PA in the Lehigh Valley area. I would like to speak with anyone that might be close to the area that might be interested in some part time work. I am looking for someone with Flexi Design and Graphtec Plotter Cutting experience.

If anyone here knows of anyone that might be interested, please forward my info to them.

Cell Number 610-390-1669 10am-10pm Eastern Time. Please name and number if I do not answer.

Thanks
Brian Rider

I have a old Copy for LXi 6.5 that was on a lap top that died. had to reinstall it . Well there was a patch to fit the double cut that took place on outlining ( when you cut the outline it would also cut the lettering even after you separated them) long story short i dont have the patch and cant find it . by chance anyone on here have it?

« Last post by kctrader on July 10, 2017, 02:24:23 PM »
Anyone pressing plastisol transfers on baseball caps?  I've tried to avoid doing caps, but have an order big enough to make it worthwhile buying a cap press.  Unless....it's a pain them I'll just sub it out.  Thanks.
