Clean Cut blades are the only blade to use for a vinyl cutter
« on: January 31, 2012, 04:03:13 PM »
ROSS...... ;D ;D ;D ;D mate your product rocks . i was asked to do up a back window graphic on a car by a mate of mine, he wanted to be different and to standout in the crowd when he was driving around. so just to be a royal pain in my arse he asked that i try using a new vinyl to put on his back window..... you guest it people he want it...... with the perferated vinyl or as we call it over here one way vision. ( the driver can see out and people on the outside see just the image). its the only legal way to have graphics on a back window without hidering the drivers view. so you don't have :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: :police: pulling you over all the time.
there's the background .

i try using a blade that i bought off ebay and yes it did the job just but it tore up the vinyl and made a big mess of it.... (not good given the price.) then i was asked to change the image because "some people" didn't like it. so id a new one yesterday and WOW.... the difference was massive and i fell over backwards because it was cut perfect. the difference in the two was the blade this time i was using a CLEAN CUT so thanks ross you have my business until i retire... and here is what i was able to do with the fantastic clean cut.

IF IT'S NOT A CLEAN CUT BLADE YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.!!!!! pete

Nice job Pete, and once anybody starts using CleanCut Blades they don't go back to any other blades.

Ross is the man. I ordered a few Graphtec blades and one had a broken tip when I received it. Ross took care of the problem ASAP.

I don't have as much experience as the rest of you, but I've been happy with the Clean Cuts as well. I bought a 60 deg and a 45 deg for my CE5000 and I've been using the 60degree. I noticed a dramatic improvement in the fine detail of small cuts immediately.
