!!!!!!!!CLEAN CUT BLADES ROCKS!!!!!!

i just got my new Clean Cut Blades. installed the and adjusted the cutter. five min. later it was cutting 1/8 in tall letters on my graphtec fc 7000-75. i would suggest everybody buy them.

thanks for an sweet product!!!! :thumbsup:

p.s. this was cut with a 45deg. blade i cannot wait to see what i can do with the 60 deg blade.  :o

I've had the same CC blade in my cutter for over a year and it still cuts like new. Wouldn't use any other blades. I'm able to cut text as small as 3/16 on my MH-365.  :cheers:

i lettered a pen and the letters was 1/4 inch tall and my clean cut blade worked perfect

Been running one for a long time now.  Even purchased a few for our allen datagraph at work for cutting mylar.  Finally replaced the blade a couple weeks ago.  It lasted 8 months cutting that stuff!!!  And we use it almost everyday.

I use 60 degree for everything as well.   :thumbsup:

Same here.. same same same.. I've the USCutter LP24 - makes it cut at least as good as a Roland..almost as good as a Graphtec.  And listen to this:  Ya call the guy after a year after ordering ONE BLADE..He knows ya, remembers ya, and is still as great to talk with as the first day you called.

Nothin bad to say about this product/company/person.

yes i would like to get some info on the Clean Cut Blades do they make them for the uscutter mh721 and how do u set up the cutter to use them

  Your cutter uses the regular roland blades - just make sure to reduce the pressure by 35 percent before installing the blade and start with too little blade, working your way out.  theya re harder and thus a little more brittle if too much blade is exposed a tip can be broken.  without the reduction in force they will cut clear thru your material!

Been using the Clean Cut blade on my Refine for over (2) years now. Still just as sharp as the first day I got it.

Granted I don't do production work but this blade has made my life a lot easier!
