So far I have been doing between 1 - 10 stickers but I don't know what to charge for 40. The customer wants 2.5x3.5 with a custom design.

printed or cut vinyl? why would a qty of 40 decals that small warrant any discount at all based off the 1-10 price? how much does your material cost? how much do you normally allocate for overhead and profit? these are all questions that you can easily answer, if this is a business to you and not a hobbie, and then price the job accordingly. good luck.

Cut vinyl and I have also never made that small of one. I have been doing stickers about 7-12 in. Thanks for the post though

Price for me would be based off of qty, size, layout/ difficulty of design.
Cut 1 of the stickers, see how long it takes you. then you have to tell yourself how much your time is worth to you, then add cost of materials and overhead
