You asked, so I am gonna be brutal......First off, learn where to use apostrophes...and where NOT TO. Second, are you selling fish? First impressions count a LOT and at first glance I would think you were a Christian store of some sort, not a sign place. Third....the 35 is so hidden in that sign that if you asked ten people what the name of your business was none would say 35 signs. Try it again, make a few diferent ones, and put them back up here for some more feedback. Sorry to be so rough but dang........that was not something I'd put up for anyone. Sorry.....
One thing worked though..... it isn't a Christian store but I did want people to know it was a Christian run business

Not everybody is Christian, and some "Christians" aren't very christian. It is always a tough call in business in regards to religion and politics. Should one proudly declare their alliances and risk turning away some business, or should they separate their beliefs from the business arena. My own personal reaction to seeing a fish symbol on a business ad is suspicion. I wonder if the person expects me to trust them because of their beliefs instead of because of their business practices.
My own experience with the folks who advertise as Christian Owned businesses has also been less than stellar.. It seems as if those who choose to place that in their advertising often also expect the public to put up with less than optimal value for their money as after all the money is going to a good cause. There are also yellow page directories that are made for Christian businesses to advertise in, and they are full of substandard businesses. Why this is I can't figure out, but more often than not, that little fish means.....watch out! As a beleiver myself this misuse of Christianity does pain me. Personally I know I am not perfect, and I am not going to put a cross or fish wherever incase I do a boo boo.And then there are those businesses that do not choose to advertise religious affiliation, yet they follow true Christian principles in their day to day operations.....Word of mouth and good customer service bring them all the business they want. Rant over, back on topic...So, have you made another sign yet ?? Or did I scare ya away with my extremely tactful and diplomatic reply?
