I did the same request form last summer and never got anything. I received sales ads in my email. I guess they think I was a happy a customer or something.
Told them what to do with their emails.

Got the same email, wanting to know if I was happy with the sample, thought I missed it or something but noooooo sampel to be found, just deleted the email. If the right hand does not know what the left is doing I don't want to deal with them caus they are going to mess it up when I need them the most
