Doming Suppliers
« on: July 02, 2010, 06:29:27 AM »
Lets start a doming supplier list.

so far i have found:

Kit for $99

http://www.signsupply.com/accessories/doming/doming.asp

And Midwest posted this link that sells them by the quart:

http://www.industrialpolymers.com/trans_casting_compounds.html

NukleoN found a better torch on amazon here:

http://www.amazon.com/Blazer-GB2001-Self-Igniting-Butane-Micro-Torch/dp/B000VML7KO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1278023157&sr=8-2

If you know of more suppliers post them here and if you know the prices as well.

Don't remember where it was, but somebody pointed out a link to where you could get a free sample of doming liquid..well I sent for it, they were gonna send me a bunch.. I waited and forgot about it, then got an email from them asking me how I liked it - But I never got it!!  >:(  I replied to them, that I never received anything from them, and they blew it off.  I had taken the survey they suggested, too - just told them all the way through it that I never got it..etc..
Here's my confirmation of the order on Sept 14th:

Well guys,
I hope you have better luck I called them to ask if sample had been shipped,
answer I got was I looked and your not in system yet takes 3 days after you are in system.
Of course the girl that enters data from website is out......so was sales person.
Thinking this is a dead end and not a very good way to conduct business.
